Accurate Information. Straightforward Evaluation. Seasoned Advocate.
The Charlotte Metropolitan area is a great place to live and work, which is why Chris, and his wife Debbie choose to call it home. Chris is a California kid and a graduate of the University of the Pacific's School of Business and Public Administration. Chris worked his way through college and spent another eight years working in marketing for a major west coast firm before making a career change into the real estate industry in 1990.
As a seasoned real estate broker, Chris spent 23 years living and working in the competitive Seattle real estate market before making the move to the Carolinas in 2013. Licensed in both North Carolina and South Carolina for over a decade, Chris has been an advocate for hundreds of clients over the years.
"Debbie and I chose to move here in part because of family but also because of the quality of life that the Charlotte-Metro area offers. It was not our desire to wait until retirement and then move. We wanted to relocate to the Carolinas, establish our roots and get involved in a great community long before our retirement years. Charlotte offers us all of that and more. I believe you will find that The Metrolina is large enough to offer a diversity of communities, activities, and education yet small enough that you can establish many long-lasting relationships."

Home Seller Services
Key Components to Getting
Your Home to SOLD
Promotion: A Digital Marketing Strategy to Maximize Your Homes Exposure
We begin by identifying the benefits and features of your home to determine key differentiators that set your home apart. A strong marketing proposal makes use of professional photography and videography to develop various outlets of web-based marketing including social media sites, specific property websites, online advertising and website syndication to increase your home's exposure.
Price: A Pricing Strategy to set Your Home correctly IN the Market
Establishing the right asking price is one of the most difficult things that Homeowners grapple with. To assist you in making an informed decision, I will assemble the most recent market data that is local and specific to your community. The data will show analysis of market timing, absorption rates, pricing trends and the most recent comparable properties to yours that will enable you to price your home ahead of the market.
Presentation: A Presentation System to Maximize Your Homes Appeal
How you live in your home and how you sell your home are two different things. We will explore what your best options might be from simple organization to professional staging... or somewhere in between. We will also provide you with best practice tips and how to respond to requests for showings and how to prepare your home before your potential Buyer arrives.
Preparation: A Pre-Market Plan to Maximize Your Home's Profit
Make an honest assessment of any deferred maintenance items: Repairing items before your home goes to market enhances its appeal and increases your profitability because it gives you control over the repair costs rather than the Buyer. For some properties, consider completing a professional home inspection for things that you cannot readily see. It may also pay off on your bottom line.
